Jeff Ford, 49 years old, received a Bachelor of Science in Finance, magna cum laude, from ST John’s University in 1985.

Jeff worked in the food industry and banking industry while in high school and college. After graduating college he started an accounting position at Bali Blinds in NJ, a major manufacturer of custom blinds and shades.  While there Jeff started selling and installing blinds on the weekends.  Little did he know at the time I would be in the same business 27 years later. 

1986:  Started selling and installing blinds and shades. Jeff's company name at the time was P & J Interior Designs, Inc.

1987-1991: Started selling blinds and shades at an indoor flea market in Central NJ.

1988-present:  Jeff Ford started an installation business naming it Blinds Central LLC and quickly began installing for Home Depot, covering 10 locations at the time. Today, Blinds Central covers over 60 Home Depot locations in the NY/NJ area, becoming Home Depots main installation company for Blinds and Shades.

2008-present:   Jeff started another venture under the new name of:  “Clean Blinds R US”.  By purchasing an ultrasonic cleaning machine Jeff was able to service his  previous customers that he has sold to by cleaning their treatments and bringing them back to life. We are able to clean the simple everyday mini blinds up to the delicate, decorative sheer shadings made by Hunter Douglas called silhouettes and luminettes.

2012-  Jeff Ford began  www.blindscentral.com selling custom blinds and shades online, sharing our low prices nationwide.  Presently, BlindsCentral.com offers the best brand of blinds available  "Bali Blinds" ........ BlindsCentral.com will be adding more brands and styles soon!

Presently Blinds Central sells many brands in the home.  We offer Hunter-Douglas, Graber, Bali, C& M Shades and some much more.

Blinds Central LLC. covers Central NJ, and Staten Island with our shop at home business.  Our installation business covers all of NJ. Presently we have over 15 installers working with us to handle the tremendous volume that we do.
